What is included in the rental price?
Every booking includes delivery to your venue, on-site setup, and a technician for the duration of your event. Pickup after the event is also included, so there is nothing extra to arrange.
Do you provide an operator with the equipment?
Yes. Fog, pyro, laser, and CO2 equipment is always sent with a trained operator, since correct handling matters for safety and for getting the timing right during the show.
What is the minimum rental duration?
Most items can be booked for a single event slot of 4-5 hours. Multi-day rentals for weddings, exhibitions, and corporate events are available at a lower per-day rate.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking 5-7 days ahead, especially for weekend dates and the wedding season. Last-minute and same-day bookings are handled case-by-case depending on stock availability.
Do you deliver outside Mumbai?
Yes, we regularly service venues across Mumbai, Thane, and Navi Mumbai. Delivery charges outside the immediate Santacruz-Bandra-Andheri belt depend on distance and are confirmed at the time of booking.
Is a security deposit required?
A refundable security deposit applies to select equipment. It is returned in full after the event once the equipment is checked back in undamaged.
What happens if equipment is damaged during the event?
Since our technician operates the equipment for the full event, damage from normal use is not charged to you. Repair costs only apply in cases of misuse outside the technician's control.
Can I book multiple items together, like fog, laser and PA?
Yes, most clients combine two or more categories, such as a fog machine with sharpy lights and a PA system. Bundling categories into one booking usually works out cheaper than renting each separately.
Are your walkie talkies licence-free? Do I need any paperwork?
Yes. Our walkie talkie handsets run on licence-free frequencies meant for short-range use, so you can rent and use them for your event without applying for any individual wireless licence.
