QUESTIONS
FAQ
Do you provide a technician to operate the dry ice machine?
Yes. Our trained technician sets it up, runs it through your event and times it to your programme, so it's handled safely.
What is the minimum rental period?
A single event slot of 4-5 hours is the usual booking. If you need it over several days, for a wedding, exhibition or corporate event, the per-day rate comes down.
Do you deliver outside Mumbai?
Yes, we work across Mumbai, Thane and Navi Mumbai. Beyond the Santacruz-Bandra-Andheri belt, delivery charges depend on distance and we confirm them when you book.
Is a security deposit required?
A refundable deposit applies on select items, and you get it back in full when the equipment is returned in good condition.
How far in advance should I book?
Try to book 5-7 days ahead, especially for weekends and the wedding season. Last-minute requests are possible, depending on what's in stock.
