QUESTIONS
FAQ
Do you deliver talkback systems to venues in Thane?
Yes. Thane is part of our regular same-day delivery area. Send your venue and event date on WhatsApp and we'll confirm availability.
What is a wireless talkback system used for?
A talkback system puts the whole crew on an open line. Stage manager, director, DP and the floor team can all speak and hear each other in real time through lightweight headsets.
Is it full-duplex, like a real conversation?
Yes. A walkie talkie lets one person speak at a time; this is full-duplex, so everyone can talk and listen together, like a phone call.
What is the operating range?
Around 350 metres with a clear line of sight. That covers most stages, sets and banquet halls; indoors, walls and floors will cut it down.
Do you provide a technician for setup?
Yes. Our team sets up and tests the base station and every headset before you begin, and gives your crew a quick briefing.
